Returns and Refunds

Our policy does not accept any refunds. All sales are final. Exchange & Replacement products will be delivered within 5-8 working days. All the products should return within 3-5 working days.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at divasstoryofcotton@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product. You may be required to provide proof of the defect or damage.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
